How to read this. CBM is the volume of one carton. The 20GP and 40HQ columns assume 28 m³ and 68 m³ of usable space, floor-loaded — palletised loads carry noticeably less. Carton marks, labels and mixed-size cartons are matched to your spec; send the file and we pack to it.

Sampling takes 7–10 working days, and the pre-production sample is free with your bulk order. Nothing moves into production until you have approved it.
A 50% deposit starts production and the balance is settled before the goods ship. We take T/T, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance, and the final quote confirms the exact figures and terms in writing, so there are no surprises at the invoice stage.
Yes. We pack to your carton spec and hand the goods to whichever forwarder you nominate. Tell us the destination port and we will quote freight alongside the goods, so you can compare it with your own rate.
Every batch runs an AQL 1.5 inspection against the approved sample, with photo and video proof sent before packing. Third-party inspection — SGS, BV or your own agent — is welcome. Nothing leaves without your sign-off.
We stock four carton sizes — 50, 100, 150 and 200 pcs — and a floor-loaded 40HQ holds roughly 58,000 to 86,000 caps depending on which you choose. The packing table above has the exact cube for every carton.
